John
Dawood Dalaly, an Iraqi-American businessman, established IPC
International after successfully developing and marketing mobile
medical products for 20 years. Over this time span he developed
relationships with healthcare industry and government
decision-makers around the world, especially throughout the
Middle East.
Consulting extensively with health care experts from both the US
and the Middle East, Dalaly designed and built ambulances suited
specifically for the Middle East market, incorporating the
cultural, economic and environmental factors that are important
to medical personnel and their patients in that part of the
world. |

Because
of this diligence and innovation, and the pursuit of
recognition from local government approval agencies, IPC
International is now recognized as an approved supplier of
emergency vehicles for use in the major Middle East markets
and was recently named General Motors Specialty Automotive
Dealer for Iraq.
