Ambulances & Rescue Vehicles
After landing the largest single export order ever built using GM
Vans in 1998, John Dalaly became the largest U.S.- based exporter
of GM ambulances. Such record-breaking orders were repeated in
succeeding years. In 2002, IPC’s ambulance facilities exported
more than 300 units to the Middle East.
IPC’s success in selling ambulances led to a special relationship
with General Motors Corporation (GMC). Versatility and global
connections allow IPC to take products and services to targeted
populations, and we do it with special emphasis on cost
containment and flexibility. With increased exports to the Middle
East, IPC is exploring sites where a final assembly plant could be
established to bring jobs and diversification to that region.
